"Text Me" is the visual culmination of texts exchanged between myself, Sara Phillips and the public via iPhone June 12th-19th 2018.
All artwork submitted was featured on a digital gallery on Instagram @Text_me_tokyo. The IRL exhibition was held at W+K Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.
Our big / little family was invited to participate in a group show at Art + Science Gallery Lab AXIOM in Tokyo, Japan. The selection for this year focused on unconventional relationships, technology and what modern love looks like in 2018. This piece is dedicated to Aiko and the ones who love him.
This is a series I shot on my iPhone of some of the people I hold dear to my heart. The images were printed large scale onto giant pieces of silk and hung up as tapestries in the Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art in downtown New York.
